Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to support@vedore.in.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product is unused, sealed, and returned in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Opened or used products.
- Products tampered with or not returned in original condition.
- Orders placed during sales, promotions, or with discount codes (unless damaged).
